Colonnade Construction & Development LTD was founded in 2020 by Navid Salehi with the focus on residential new build and retrofit projects. Navid earned his MSc degree in Civil Engineering from university of Houston, TX and following his graduation he returned home to join his family construction company. Previously he has founded Saleh Dej Design-Build group companies comprising Forestudio Architectural Firm and Papital Wood Industries which operated as a turn-key company by offering services from concept design to construction and furnished by custom fabricated  furniture. Navid`s portfolio entails a wide range of projects such as residential, commercial, cultural and medical buildings that have been part of his career as an construction enthusiast.

Since the fresh start in Canada Navid is pursuing his dream of executing projects featuring multi-cultural concepts which can offer a LIVING BEYOND THE CONTEXT.
